Pkbd Terms & Conditions — Read Before Use

By using pkbd (referred to hereinafter as "pkbd", "we", or "the platform"), you are deemed to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Browsing the pkbd website, creating an account, or using any of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between pkbd and the user. pkbd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the pkbd platform. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Pkbd's services are available only to residents in regions where online gaming is legally permitted. Please ensure that online gaming is legal in your area before using pkbd.

To create an account on pkbd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be closed at any time, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.

• Email Address
• Date of birth (registrations from users under 18 are not accepted)

Pkbd may request a copy of your ID at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. KYC is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 BDT.

Pkbd is strictly for users aged 18 and above. pkbd is firmly committed to preventing underage gaming.

If pkbd suspects an account belongs to a minor, that account will be suspended immediately and documents will be requested for age verification.

• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use pkbd
• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to keep their devices secured from minors
• Failure to verify will result in permanent account closure
• All transactions made on an underage account will be considered void

Deposits at pkbd can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The following rules apply to deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 BDT
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 BDT
• Daily maximum deposit: ৳1,00,000 BDT
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned

Pkbd processes all deposits in real time. If a delay occurs due to a technical issue, please contact support immediately. pkbd reserves the right to reverse any deposit if fraud is suspected.

There are a few rules to follow when withdrawing winnings from pkbd. Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 BDT
• Processing time: up to 48 hours (typically 2–6 hours)
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a registered mobile banking account
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirement has been met
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while a previous one is still pending

Pkbd reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected. Additional documentation may be requested in such cases.

Pkbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated separately
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement is typically 20–30x
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — if the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time
• Bets placed using bonus balance will only count toward eligible games
• If bonus abuse is found, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

Pkbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event of any bonus-related dispute, pkbd's decision shall be considered final.

All games on pkbd are operated through certified software providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be reviewed before play begins.

• Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) — no one can control or manipulate the results
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the outcome is saved on the server
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, pkbd will restore the affected balance
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited
• Pkbd reserves the right to void any bet on Sports Betting after a match has started if evidence of irregularity is found

In pkbd's Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a dispute, pkbd will review the game log to reach a decision.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkbd platform. Violations may result in account closure and potential legal action:

• Harassing or intimidating other users
